I currently work as the District Chief Information Officer, managing the district's student data system Powerschool and IEP Direct, maintaining the district network and computers, and supporting the students and teachers use of technology.  My responsibilities for the district include reporting to the New York State Data Warehouse and coordinating and maintaining the school website.  As an active member of the technology group, I help the district to plan instructional and equipment needs for teachers and students.  I also research and evaluate the software/hardware purchases made for the district to advance and support our technology plan.
